iO has been a keynote speaker since 2012 at American Universities, museums and Fortune 500 companies, including Stanford, Harvard, Georgetown, The Atlantic summit, Nike, and many others. His TEDx Talk “Fifty Shades Of Gay” is considered a cornerstone of the modern conversation on sexuality, and he is a leader in mutual aid conversations.

He specializes in the topics of leadership, finding strength in unorthodox assets, and making the most of catastrophe. He also speaks to young people about the power of deviations from what you thought was your path, and synthesizing complex topics into digestible information.
